AHM Youth and Family Services and St. Peter’s Episcopal Church will partner once again this year, to host the very popular Nature & Adventure Day!

This year’s Nature & Adventure Day will be held at AHM’s Community Center located at 25 Pendleton Drive in Hebron.  Please stay tuned for a new date to be announced.  All ages are welcome!

2020 Nature and Adventure Day Activities and Exhibits

Nature and Adventure Day will feature both indoor and outdoor activities, weather permitting.  This event is a day filled with fun for all ages; from young children to teens to parents and seniors.  Everyone is welcome to attend!

Location and Fee Information

Nature and Adventure Day is held at the AHM Community Center, 25 Pendleton Drive in Hebron.

The cost is $3.00 per person at the door for all ages.  Proceeds from Nature and Adventure Day will support AHM’s mental health services for local children and families.

Exhibitor Information

Thank you for participating as an exhibitor in the 2020 Nature and Adventure Day. The success of this event in past years is due especially to the outstanding quality of exhibits and partners that have been involved with this event.

Please fill out our Exhibitor Information Form and return the form to JoelR@ahmyouth.org.  If you have any questions, please call our office at 860-228-9488.

Setup: On the day of the event, Saturday, March 21st, AHM’s doors will open for you to set up by 8:30 this year. Please plan to arrive no later than 9. The event begins at 10am and door will open to the public at that time. We will have volunteers to help you with anything you need assistance with. AHM will provide a table and chairs for every exhibitor. Please plan to keep your exhibit open until 3pm.

Materials:  Please feel free to share educational brochures, flyers or handouts about your exhibit.

Food: Breakfast will be provided by our friends at St. Peter’s Episcopal Church. Sandwich wraps will be provided for lunch for exhibitors and volunteers only. Special thanks to Steve and Linda Fish for covering the cost of lunch.
