Winning Item Pickup Procedures

Congratulations on winning your auction item! Your generosity in supporting AHM Youth & Family Services programs is greatly appreciated!

By now you should have been notified by our auction platform Bidding Owl, that you have won your item. You will be sent an email notification that gives you the opportunity to securely pay online through PayPal, using all major credit cards.

Times to pick up items at the AHM offices will be Monday 12/14, Tuesday 12/15, & Wednesday 12/16; between the hours of 9 AM – 4 PM. *You MUST present us with your receipt of payment upon pickup.

Due to Covid-19 restrictions, your item will be available by curbside pickup at our AHM offices located at: 25 Pendleton Drive, Hebron CT.  AHM’s Fund Development Director, Joel Rosenberg, will deliver the item to your car in the AHM parking lot. Please call Joel at 860-228-9488 x29, BEFORE you arrive at AHM, to arrange for your pickup time.

If you live locally and are unable to pick up your item on these three days, you have the option of having your item delivered to your home within the towns of: Andover, Columbia, Hebron & Marlborough on Tuesday 12/15 or Wednesday 12/16 between the hours of 12-4 PM by an AHM Board Member.

If none of these days work for you, we will have an alternative business location that you will be able to pick up your item. Contact Joel Rosenberg at for additional information.

Welcome to our first annual Holiday Auction Fundraiser!

The AHM Board of Directors is planning a first-ever Online Holiday Auction.  Can we count on your support? This on-line auction will take place from November 12, 2020 – December 13, 2020, via our on-line auction platform Bidding Owl.  Please consider donating your item to the holiday auction today! The goal is to raise $5000, although we believe proceeds will far exceed that amount!

All of the net proceeds from the auction will support AHM’s programs and services.
