Setup: On the day of the event, AHM’s doors will open for you to set up by 8:30 am. Please plan to arrive no later than 9. The event begins at 10 am and the door will open to the public at that time.

We will have volunteers to help you with anything you need assistance with. AHM will provide a table and chairs for every exhibitor. Please plan to keep your exhibit open until 4;00 pm on Saturday, and 1pm on Sunday.

Materials:  Please feel free to share educational brochures, flyers or handouts about your exhibit.

This day would not be possible without the help of our volunteers.
