2019 SUMMER CROSS SMART RECOVERY MEETINGS

CROSS (Connecticut Recovery Oriented Support System for Youth) SMART Recovery helps people to gain independence from addiction.  The 4-Point Program offers specific tools and techniques for each of the program points:

  • Point 1:  Building and Maintaining Motivation
  • Point 2:  Coping with Urges
  • Point 3:  Managing Thoughts, Feelings and Behaviors
  • Point 4:  Living a Balanced Life

CROSS SMART Recovery for Teens Ages 16 – 18

Teens, 16 – 18 years old, are welcome to join us on July 18th and August 15th from 5:30 – 6:30 PM at the AHM building, 25 Pendleton Drive in Hebron.  These are judgement free meetings where teens will learn the skills to take control of their lives and be happier.  Please take a look at our flyer for more information.


CROSS SMART Recovery for Family and Friends

Join our CROSS SMART Recovery family and friends support group to develop skills to help you cope and to help your loved one choose recovery.  Meetings will take place on July 18th and August 15th from 5:30 – 6:30 PM at the AHM building, 25 Pendleton Drive in Hebron.  Please take a look at our flyer for more information.
