AHM to Expand Services Under Three-Year Plan
“After eight months of research, interviews, and evaluation of archival data, AHM Youth and Family Services, a non-profit active in Andover, Hebron, Marlborough, and Columbia, has rolled out a new three-year strategic plan aimed at improving and expanding its programs.
“This was the most in-depth strategic plan that our organization has ever written,” said Director of Fund Development Joel Rosenberg, who has take part in every strategic plan since the organization’s start in the early 1980s. This year, Rosenberg was selected to serve as a “point person” for the project……”
