Over the years, this college scholarship has been awarded to RHAM High School students who participate in high school athletics. This scholarship was created by the Houston family and friends. Each year a college scholarship is awarded to a RHAM High School graduate. The William Stelzner Memorial Scholarship was created in memory of William “Bill” Stelzner, who passed away in 2016.
