The success of this event in past years is due especially to the outstanding quality of exhibits and partners that have been involved with this event. If you have any questions about your space or setup, please reach out to Ann Marie Drury at annmaried@ahmyouth.org.
Setup: On the day of the event, AHM’s doors will open for you to set up by 8:30 am. Please plan to arrive no later than 9. The event begins at 10 am and the door will open to the public at that time.
We will have volunteers to help you with anything you need assistance with. AHM will provide a table and chairs for every exhibitor. Please plan to keep your exhibit open until 4:00 pm on Saturday, and 2pm on Sunday.
Materials: Please feel free to share educational brochures, flyers or handouts about your exhibit.
This day would not be possible without the help of our volunteers.
If you are interested in volunteering for Nature and Adventure Day, please email Ann Marie Drury at Annmaried@ahmyouth.org.
