AHM is pleased to offer school based services within our community schools. These services are designed to support the social and emotional well being of young people.
Our staff can be found in each school and are happy to assist any student and their family that is experiencing personal problems or issues that are interfering with their ability to have a successful school experience.
Our school based staff also coordinate workshops and events within the schools that foster positive youth development.
